Len and Lisa were super helpful on the front end in providing a quote, scheduling the move, giving us suggestions, and answering all of our questions. They checked in throughout the process to make sure all was going well. Our movers, Marcelo and Fillipe, were amazing. They encountered more than a few challenges with multiple stairs, and lots of tight turns in narrow hallways. We were very fortunate to find Murphy Moving and Storage for our complicated relocation that also required storage. Geraldine, Kyla and Beto and his team of movers were all very personable and professional. They maintained excellent communication with us throughout our moving process. They made a very stressful situation pleasant and enjoyable. We felt so comfortable with Geraldine when she visited our home for the inventory and offered suggestions and encouragement for preparing to move. Kyla was in frequent communication and so patient with editing my changing inventory and arranging a schedule for pick up. Beto and his team of movers were friendly while remaining focused on their individual tasks and their teamwork was remarkable. They wrapped each piece of furniture so well and treated each piece of furniture and every carton as if it were a precious jewel, not to mention how well they arranged the pieces for safe transportation in the moving van. We feel Murphy Moving and Storage is a trustworthy company. We felt and continue to feel confident in their care of us and our 39 years of accumulated and valued possessions. Windsor Ct moved me in state, these two guys were awesome x10 got to work right away, no damage anywhere, really did more than they should have. Really, really good.
